RETURN POLICY

Should you believe the product you purchased to be defective please call us on (+39) 0721 826330 for approval. To return we will issue with a RA number which must be quoted on the return package. upon receipt of the returned package we will issue a refund of any unused packs.

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Ultramar Caffè srl (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Returns must be sent within 28 days in a new and unused condition; otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at a reduced price.

As soon as the returns are received by UltramarCaffè srl, they will be credited and automatically refunded to the Credit Card or Paypal account used for the order; this should be within 14 days.
